    Channel Marketing Specialist role involves building and enhancing mortgage origination and real estate channels' marketing efforts through sales and brand building initiatives, driving sales and brand awareness.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional, enthusiastic about new technologies, with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership and accountability.

    Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data-led brand building plans, crafting content plans, measuring success, and providing insights for future projects.

    • Effectively develop and implement data-led brand building plans, based on the marketing strategy, across the distribution channels.
    • Develop appropriate and effective content plans per channel, including design and copy.
    • Measure success of plans and campaigns and provide feedback and insights to develop improvements for future projects.
    • Understand and provide insight into digital - and social media behaviour of the target audience.
    • Perform competitor analysis to inform the brand building and sales plan to stay ahead of competitors.
    • Management and briefing service providers on the creative requirements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve cooperation.
    • Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislative knowledge.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
    • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.

    Attributes, skills and knowledge required include solid business acumen, good stakeholder management, lead change and innovation, communicate and engage effectively, strong influencing and persuading skills, technology savvy, proven experience in implementing digital - and social media campaigns, project management skills, creative problem solver, results driven, analytical and self-motivated.

    Experience and qualifications include a relevant BCom Marketing Degree, minimum 3 to 5 years' hands-on experience in distribution channel marketing, and experience in Financial Service will be advantageous.
