• Configure Office 365 Suite/Google Workspace for Clients online and Desktop Application
• Migration of Clients from Webmail, Exchange or PST to Office 365/Google Workspace
• Building MS SharePoint and Google File Stream
• Website Registration and DNS Records Configuration
• Training clients on Office 365 and Google Workspace

• Delivery of highquality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client base
• Responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, customer incidents, queries, or complaints.
• You will be troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of SME IT systems
• You will have a 'handson' problemsolving approach, solving problems within strict SLA timeframes.
• Hardware, software, desktop, network, and infrastructure support
• Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.
• Ensuring SLAs are met; time to respond, time to resolve and firsttime fix.
• Application troubleshooting
• Must be able to work with Mikrotik
• Must be able to work with Ubiquity Equipment
• Must be able to work with VOIP Telephony
• ISP Support Experience and Networking Experience
• General Networking Support
• Wireless Network Management and Support
• IP Routing, BGP, OSPF
• Firewalls
• PPPOE
• IP Management
• Experience using ticketing Systems
• Repairing: Inkjet, Dotmatrix, thermal and Laser printers

• A diploma or certificate in Information Technology
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the IT sector
• Experience in training on various tech platforms would be advantageous
• Patience and ability to train and support clients with a wide range of technical competencies
• Experience in cloud platforms would advantageous
• Being comfortable with technology including software and databases
• Drivers license
