    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst to join our dynamic pricing and profitability team at Network Finance.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst will play a critical role in developing, analyzing, and monitoring pricing strategies to support the overall origination strategy and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring pricing and profitability models
    • Performing ongoing pricing model execution, ensuring returns align with expectations through adjustments to interest rates, credit life rates, maximum term, and capital offers
    • Collaborating with the originations manager for effective and coordinated response to risk changes
    • Contributing to budgeting and planning processes
    • Maintaining a test-and-learn mindset to optimize pricing strategies
    • Providing assistance in designing and monitoring systems to detect potential revenue leaks
    • Managing and guiding analysts in originations and across the credit department

    Requirements

    To be successful as a Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst, you should possess:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or a related field

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    A minimum of 4 years' experience in retail credit, focusing on credit pricing, is required. Additional skills and qualifications include:

    • Experience in financial services reporting and analytics
    • Proficiency in Python programming (advantageous)
