Job Purpose

Plan, organize and prepare all planned and corrective maintenance activities according to the maintenance plans in such a way that it is carried out efficiently, effectively on-time-in-full and cost effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Make sure all execution of technical work is carried out in a safe way
Organize the workplace and documentation according to the 5S standards
Give feedback on the maintenance plans from own experience and the experience of the technicians
Plan in cooperation with the maintenance team and 3rd parties to carry out planned, unplanned, and corrective maintenance
Prepare spare parts and all other resources to carry out planned maintenance
Pre plan maintenance day, follow progress during the maintenance day, evaluate maintenance day and come up with improvements
Prioritize work orders together with Maintenance and Local projects manager
Leads equipment breakdown root cause failure analysis and ensures that root cause is identified, and all countermeasures are implemented
Develops and manages plant equipment register
Supports the execution of Engineering and Local projects
Manages integrity of ERP system
Register all activities in ERP system

Job Requirements

N6 National Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor graduate possible)

Maintenance working experience in Food and Beverage Industry

2 years working with CCMS
Intermediate MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, CMMS
In depth knowledge of SAP PM
In depth knowledge of FMECA, RCM
Basic knowledge of TPM PM Pillar
In depth knowledge of Problemsolving tool
Communicate fluently in English
Basic knowledge of Project Management
