    Job Title:

    A Sales Representative Opportunity in Payment Technology

    About the Role

    We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to acquire new business through cold calls and referral business, with a focus on identifying client needs and selling value rather than price.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Prospect and canvass potential clients in the SME market, understanding their needs and how our company can make a difference in their business lives.
    2. Negotiate contracts and collect necessary documentation while prioritizing the interests of our business.
    3. Plan daily activities, maintain a daily discipline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
    4. Drive referral business from existing clients and stay up-to-date with market information.
    5. Update and maintain our sales database, providing regular feedback to management on sales performance.

    Requirements

    1. A proven sales track record is desirable, but we also welcome candidates with a natural knack for sales who can charm people with their attitude and smile.
    2. A good understanding of South African Point-of-Sale, FinTech, and/or card acquiring systems is highly beneficial.
    3. Candidates must be confident drivers with a valid driver's license and access to a car.

    Qualifications

    1. Matric qualification is mandatory.
    2. Tertiary education is preferred.

    Package & Remuneration

    The cost-to-company salary includes benefits such as Group Life/Pension, cell phone allowance, petrol card, car maintenance allowance, and a competitive commission structure.
