Are you someone who can:

Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
Litigation support on insurance legal matters
Provide legal advice
Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
Drafting of legal documentation and reviewing of contracts
Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
Must be an Admitted Attorney
At least 2 years of experience after article
Must have LLB Degree or equivalent qualifications.
Being fluent to Afrikaans language will be added as advantage.
Commercial law exp will be added as an advantage
