Job Title:
Service Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and develop service delivery plans.
- Coordinate the deployment of mobile healthcare units to client locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize our inhouse software to schedule mobile units and staff, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient operations.
- Liaise with strategic partners to facilitate collaboration and maximize service delivery capabilities.
- Monitor service performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service delivery metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners, fostering trust and loyalty to promote longterm partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver reports on service delivery performance to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.
- Lead and contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and strategic partners to drive project success.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in service delivery management, clientfacing roles, and project management, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience using software for scheduling and resource allocation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
