- Rent Roll Process: Assist with the Rent Roll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of rental income and expenses.
- Vendor Application Assistance: Provide support with vendor application assistance, facilitating seamless interactions between vendors and our organization.
- A Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
- A Diploma in Administrative Studies or Finance, Business, Legal, or an equivalent field (beneficial)
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, leasing, recoveries, and administrative roles (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced Excel skills (essential)
- SAP Real Estate expertise (essential)
- Experience in a property or FMCG environment (beneficial)
