    This role involves performing various tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

    • Credit Checks: Conduct thorough credit checks on new and existing tenants to ensure their credibility and financial stability.
    • Variance Reports: Import weekly data from North and South regions, highlighting any discrepancies or variances in revenue or expenses.
    • Arrears and Vacancy Reports: Generate monthly reports detailing outstanding payments and vacant properties, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
    • Quarterly Reports: Compile quarterly reports summarizing key performance indicators, progress, and achievements.
    • Clearing Journals: Process clearing journals to accurately record financial transactions and maintain a transparent accounting system.
    • Lease Tracking: Act as a substitute for the Business Support Coordinator, responsible for lease tracking and management.
    • Vending Machine Management: Assist with the administration of vending machines, ensuring efficient operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Cleaner Coordination: Support the Business Support Coordinator in coordinating cleaning services, guaranteeing a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Recovery Verification: Verify recovery text files received from service providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Loading and Posting Recoveries: Maintain accurate records of recoveries by loading and posting all relevant data for South Africa (txt and csv uploads) and African Countries (csv uploads).
    • Recovery Queries: Address all recovery-related queries promptly and efficiently, providing clear solutions and guidance.
    • Late Recovery postings: Post recoveries received late, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date record of all financial transactions.
    • Rent Roll Process: Assist with the Rent Roll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of rental income and expenses.
    • Vendor Application Assistance: Provide support with vendor application assistance, facilitating seamless interactions between vendors and our organization.

    Requirements

    To excel in this role, you will need:

    • A Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
    • A Diploma in Administrative Studies or Finance, Business, Legal, or an equivalent field (beneficial)
    • At least 3 years of experience in banking, leasing, recoveries, and administrative roles (essential)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced Excel skills (essential)
    • SAP Real Estate expertise (essential)
    • Experience in a property or FMCG environment (beneficial)
