Role Description
This is a full-time, commuting role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Luanda Province, Angola. 5 weeks in Angola and 2 weeks home in South Africa.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, meeting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- MUST have sales experience in Oil and Gas industry. Disqualifying criteria
- MINIMUM experience in Sales is 20 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in sales and business development in the B2B sector
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
- Knowledge of the local market and business culture in Angola is a plus
Pay:
R18, R148,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
