Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Previous experience working as an HR Practitioner in the mining industry
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations specific to the mining industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
