    Description
    Key Purpose To manage the B-BBEE portfolio for the SAHL entities. Collaborating with business unit managers to provide guidance, expertise, and direction with regard to data required for B-BBEE verification. Ensuring that our transformation objectives and targeted B-BBEE certification level are achieved for all entities.
    Minimum Requirements Education

    • Degree in Commerce/Law or Business Management
    • Preferred - Completed B-BBEE Management Development ProgrammeExperience:
    • Minimum 5 years' overall B-BBEE Verification experience
    • Minimum 2 years experience with Amended Financial Services Sector Code as verification analyst or verification manager
    • Working knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and B-BBEE Codes
    • Preferred – B-BBEE Technical signatory (Verification Manager)Preferred Industry - Financial / Legal Skills Technical
    • Accounting
    • Excellent numeracy skills
    • Strong knowledge of B-BBEE legislation
    • Strong knowledge of Amended FSC Codes
    • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work with large amounts of dataGeneric competencies
    • Analytical, critical and strategic thinker
