As the Head/Master Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations, from recipe development to production and quality control. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation across our product range. Additionally, you will lead and inspire our team of bakers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine recipes for a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and quality.
- Manage the production schedule to meet demand while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Train and mentor baking staff, providing guidance on techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to uphold product standards and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Research and Development and Sales, to innovate and expand our product offerings.
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into our processes.

Baking qualification/certification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial and small-scale baking
