- Our client is looking for a receptionist to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel or departments
- Greet clients professionally and determine their nature and purpose of visit
- Direct client to appropriate waiting rooms.
- Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars, and remind the respective personnel of the appointments
- Resolve complaints from customers and the public
- Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills

- Ms Office proficient
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
