    Job Title: Internal Sales Consultant

    This is a permanent position reporting to the Sales Manager. The role involves providing excellent customer service and support to customers and sales representatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answering telephone calls professionally and efficiently;
    • Capturing incoming orders from customers and sales representatives, following up on outstanding orders and queries;
    • Handling customer and sales representative enquiries and requests via email, telephone and fax;
    • Following up on customer deliveries and quotes;
    • Assisting customers and sales representatives with stock availability, delivery status, pricing and product-related questions and queries;
    • Releasing orders for the in-house dashboard and placing them in the correct trays for delivery or collection;
    • Working under pressure and accurately;
    • Working on Saturdays when required;
    • Having basic math skills;
    • Communicating information effectively;

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Maturic certificate is essential;
    • Knowledge of Pastel Evolution is an added advantage;
    • Related industry knowledge is mandatory;
    • Knowledge of cut and edge optimization programs is an advantage;
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Email and basic computer skills;
    • Excellent basic math knowledge;
    • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans;
