A well-established legal practice is seeking to appoint an IT Help Desk Administrator

Must have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot problems, and have a good understanding of how software works.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Advanced MS Word skills expert level of MS Word
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Very good understanding of Office 365 products
  • Strong knowledge of IT
- iManage skills advantageous

  • Training/trainer experience advantageous
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk capacity (nonnegotiable requirement)
