Responsibilities

Deployment Leadership Engagement
- Support content generation for Deployment Leadership Connect or other local meetings as needed
Planning & Execution
- Responsible for delivering against all Sector R&D-PGT engagement objectives
- Lead the completion of Sector deliverables in partnership with PGT Deployment, where relevant
Material & Knowledge Management
- Store key R&D and PGT files on R&D-PGT Engagement SharePoint
- Capture meeting notes for Deployment Leadership Connects, relevant Sector Team meetings & PGT Sprints & Spikes, ensuring all decisions and R&D actions are captured and added to trackers
Issue Resolution
- Identify, communicate, and document issues
- Determine action plans for issue resolution, including key stakeholders to engage
- Coordinate followups
- Escalate issues to R&D-PGT Lead only if needed
Reporting
- Track key updates, risks, and issues in Reporting Templates for specific R&D-PGT objectives
- Consolidate and manage status reporting across all Sector R&D-PGT objectives in Reporting Templates
- Publish weekly status reports
- Contribute to monthly global status reports
Qualifications:
- Experience working in the food manufacturing industry, with deep understanding of the business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually
- Bachelors degree required, Engineering or Food Science preferred
- Exceptional data organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- 12+ years of prior work experience in a similar or related field
- Project management
- Preference for experience in process transformation/new system implementation/SAP
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving factbased decision making
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Collaborative skills and strong interest in working with others; Actively creates and participates in opportunities to cocreate solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
- Comprehension and ability to execute on relevant digital technologies impacting business operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with SAP as plus but not required
Essential:
- Prior experience working with specification and data management
- Proven supervisory and workstream management skills working with parallel teams or functional leads
- Prior experience navigating change management
- Experience building a high performing and highly engaged team, with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to collaborate across different time zones
- Proven track record of identifying and championing new initiatives to standardize work and drive process optimization through a solutionoriented approach
