Ajax Systems, the most awarded security system provider in Europe, is in search of a professional and dedicated individual for the role of B2B Sales Coordinator in South Africa.

The B2B Sales Coordinator would be responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls throughout Subsaharan Africa to potential customers to promote and sell the company's Solutions.
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads generated by other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide regular updates to the Management on performance and progress.
  • Managing and maintaining a database of all sales data (orders, payments, forecasts, performance, BDMs call cycles)
  • Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and followup.
  • Monitor the progress of sales deals and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to close deals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, and other salesrelated materials.
  • Coordinate sales demonstrations and presentations.
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the electronic security industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of supporting sales teams to achieve their goals and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with experience in using a CRM system is desirable.
  • Resultsdriven, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
