Description

The Workshop Manager would contribute to the purpose of the business by planning, coordinating, controlling and managing the staff, supervisors, processes and systems related to all fabrication activities to meet production targets.

Coordinating the fabrication production teams so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments.

All above, so as to achieve contract requirements and keep VIVA's Customer Promise of "On Time, In Full, Always Safely

**Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years working experience in a fabrication environment
A minimun 10 years experience as a manager in a midsize business
Technical Qualification
