The Workshop Manager would contribute to the purpose of the business by planning, coordinating, controlling and managing the staff, supervisors, processes and systems related to all fabrication activities to meet production targets.

Coordinating the fabrication production teams so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments.


All above, so as to achieve contract requirements and keep VIVA's Customer Promise of "On Time, In Full, Always Safely
.

All production team members are well supported, performing in their roles, and coached on a weekly basis, where a culture of accountability is clearly evident within the team

**Requirements:
- *
  • A minimum of 15 years working experience in a fabrication environment
  • A minimun 10 years experience as a manager in a midsize business
  • Technical Qualification

  • Very good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Browser) and STRUMIS
