Seeking a trained, focused, dedicated and highly motivated
Data Analysis & Project Administrator.

Responsibility:

Data gathering, analysis and reporting on Anglo American Primary schools Project interventions (Maths Centre does work with Grades R 12)

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary qualifications: A minimum of an undergraduate degree with Data Analysis; Research Modules; Monitoring & Evaluation. Proof of Qualifications must be provided.
Must have at least 1 to 2 years work experience with data in a research capacity in the schools domain.
Competencies required: focused time management, deadline oriented, ability to work under pressure, strong administrative skills, action oriented.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Understand Maths Centre Theory of Change & Monitoring Systems. This will require implementers to adopt or adapt systems of monitoring, to engage in some data collection at baseline during the course of routine activities and at key points during the implementation cycle, and to engage in periodic learning events.
Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction of impact.
Fieldwork for the purpose of data gathering;
Capturing of gathered data and data record keeping;
Data analysis: quantitative and qualitative methodologies;
Interpretation of results and Report writing;
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data;
Administration of monitoring and evaluation.

Useful:
Monitoring and Evaluation experience.

Location:
Braamfontein, Johannesburg. This position may require travel during the year.

Own functional car an absolute must.

Salary package:
Will depend on current employment
