Bookkeeper - Stellenbosch, South Africa - CA Support
Description
Bookkeeping responsibilities will include:
- Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Creditor & Debtor control
- Cashbook processing
- Bank & General ledger reconciliations
- Payment of wages
- VAT & PAYE calculations and submissions
- General administrative tasks
Personal traits
- Attention to detail
- Have to be a selfstarter that can function independently
- Proactive
Experience
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Pastel, or other accounting software experience
- Payroll knowledge
- An accounting / bookkeeping certificate or diploma will be a distinct advantage
- Completed degree and SAIPA articles will be considered
