Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality. (Highly Beneficial)
- A minimum of 3 years General Management or 5 years Guesthouse management experience. (Essential)
- Young, energetic person, to take control of all operations. Owner wants someone that can be a potential partner in the future. But this person will take care of all hotel operations,
- Good financial acumen (English)
- Excellent people skills.
- Well experienced in all aspects of the Hotel operation: HR, Finance (Budgeting/Forecasting), F&B, FOH, Guest Interaction, Project management, Maintenance, Housekeeping etc.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Preference will be given to SA Citizens.
Description:
- Good allrounder with knowledge of all Hotel aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, HR, Project Management etc.)
- A person that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members.
- To ensure the Hotel, and brand, are not only maintained but taken to the next level of service standards and excellence.
- Drive community development projects and provide requisite skills and support to ensure effective effort.
- Create and maintain a detailed skills development plan for all staff.
- Guest focused philosophy.
- Must work accurately under pressure.
