Requirements:


  • A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality. (Highly Beneficial)
  • A minimum of 3 years General Management or 5 years Guesthouse management experience. (Essential)
  • Young, energetic person, to take control of all operations. Owner wants someone that can be a potential partner in the future. But this person will take care of all hotel operations,
  • Good financial acumen (English)
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Well experienced in all aspects of the Hotel operation: HR, Finance (Budgeting/Forecasting), F&B, FOH, Guest Interaction, Project management, Maintenance, Housekeeping etc.
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preference will be given to SA Citizens.

Description:


  • Good allrounder with knowledge of all Hotel aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, HR, Project Management etc.)
  • A person that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members.
  • To ensure the Hotel, and brand, are not only maintained but taken to the next level of service standards and excellence.
  • Drive community development projects and provide requisite skills and support to ensure effective effort.
  • Create and maintain a detailed skills development plan for all staff.
  • Guest focused philosophy.
  • Must work accurately under pressure.
