Job Advert Summary:

To assist the IT department by providing user administration support to all regional end users and office staff on desktop,
cloud, and network account management as well as to administer the organization's help desk ticketing software and triage
and assign tickets and advise customers of the consequent solution.


Minimum Requirements:

Job Requirements
Matric/Grade 12
Post Matric qualification in Office Administration, ICT related discipline
experience in a related environment 2-3 years
Specific work experience in a technical help desk environment.
Knowledge
ISO document management
Finance and Info system knowledge (Navision)
ITIL foundations knowledge
Technical Skills/ Functional Skills
Computer Literacy
Interpreting technical requirements
Data collection

Duties and Responsibilities:

[Assist]Improve overall service desk response time
Ensure that all company 3RD Party vendors adhere to Service Level Agreement
Assist in the effective project administration for targeted ICT Projects
To provide assistance in general user administration on a 1st line support basis
To ensure excellence in service delivery to both internal and external clients by adherence to company core values.
To ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
