Synopsis
Roles and Responsibilities Leadership and Management**:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams within the four business pillars to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of business goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Technical Understanding and Decision Making:
- Utilize indepth knowledge of engineering principles to make informed decisions related to Design Engineering and Construction and Procurement.
- Address technical challenges and ensure projects are executed with the highest level of quality and adherence to industry standards.
Business Acumen:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Project Management:
- Utilize extensive project management experience to oversee projects within the Construction and Engineering division.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring successful project execution.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate clear communication between different business pillars, ensuring alignment and effective coordination.
- Communicate project updates and business performance to stakeholders at various levels.
Problem-Solving and Decision Making:
- Proactively identify challenges across all pillars and implement solutions to overcome them.
- Make wellinformed decisions that balance technical, financial, and operational considerations.
Strategic Alignment:
- Align activities within all four pillars with the overarching strategic goals of the company.
- Develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business unit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required; MBA is a potential advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent technical understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that drive business growth.
- Effective communication skills for conveying information to teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving project and business objectives.
