Synopsis

Roles and Responsibilities Leadership and Management**:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams within the four business pillars to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of business goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Technical Understanding and Decision Making:


  • Utilize indepth knowledge of engineering principles to make informed decisions related to Design Engineering and Construction and Procurement.
  • Address technical challenges and ensure projects are executed with the highest level of quality and adherence to industry standards.

Business Acumen:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Project Management:


  • Utilize extensive project management experience to oversee projects within the Construction and Engineering division.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring successful project execution.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Facilitate clear communication between different business pillars, ensuring alignment and effective coordination.
  • Communicate project updates and business performance to stakeholders at various levels.

Problem-Solving and Decision Making:


  • Proactively identify challenges across all pillars and implement solutions to overcome them.
  • Make wellinformed decisions that balance technical, financial, and operational considerations.

Strategic Alignment:


  • Align activities within all four pillars with the overarching strategic goals of the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business unit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required; MBA is a potential advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent technical understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that drive business growth.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying information to teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving project and business objectives.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic industry environment.
