Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Adviser Assistant to join our team of experienced professionals. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on clients' financial futures by managing relationships and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Gather policy information and compile summaries.
Prepare client reviews, proposals, and investment reports according to set templates.
Capture and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Research product information to provide expert advice to clients.
Handle new applications, quotations, and client enquiries efficiently.
Manage diaries for new and existing business cases, appointments, and wealth adviser schedules.
Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to Service Level agreements.

Requirements

BCom Degree (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics, or Investment Planning/Risk Management) or BCom (Economics).
0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Paraplanning experience is advantageous.
Proficient in spoken and written English and at least one other official South African language.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
