- Manage Daily Operations:
- Ensure timely opening and closing of stores with all staff present 15 minutes prior.
- Address out-of-stock issues and assist stores in rectifying problems.
- Supervise and guide staff to maximize sales.
- Develop a safe and positive work environment.
- Solve day-to-day problems and follow disciplinary procedures.
- Report unresolved staff issues to Head Office.
- Recruit suitable staff for vacancies, with potential managers interviewed by HR and/or Operations Manager.
- Training and Development:
- Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service.
- Conduct new staff inductions and train staff on product knowledge, sales, and stock take procedures.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
- Issue warnings and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist in interviews, recruiting, and training staff.
- Stock Control:
- Ensure security and risk control measures are in place.
- Conduct store counts and monitor stock levels.
- Provide feedback to OPS and Head Office on stock performance.
- Follow up on outstanding IBTs and ensure accuracy.
- Sales and Targets:
- Achieve daily sales targets and monthly store targets.
- Monitor sales and staff performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate banking procedures are followed.
- Send paperwork to Head Office after the weekend.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver timely and quality services to customers.
- Address customer issues and queries accurately and efficiently.
- Visuals:
- Maintain high visual standards across all stores.
- Ensure stock rotation and merchandising principles are adhered to.
- General:
- Ensure only authorized personnel have access to keys.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to Head Office, including incident reports and stock feedback.
- Submit promotion suggestions and other relevant information.
- Be an individual who takes ownership and initiative.

- Be an example to others, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.

- Identify areas for improvement and take action to address them.
- Ensure accurate administration of stock, sales, and banking procedures.
- Complete weekly checklists and provide feedback to National Operations Manager.
- Verify that store teams are completing their daily planners and providing relevant information.
- Create and distribute accurate employee schedules (rosters).
- Ensure sufficient floor coverage during trading periods.
- Sign off and distribute rosters to staff.
- No store should operate with less than two employees.
- Regularly review leave intervals to prevent excessive leave build-up.
