CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
_
Supply a seamless image process from retouching to the Retouch QA team, briefing retouch and giving ongoing
feedback before submission to QA. Increase and maintain retouch image output and quality through ongoing
education and up-skilling.


_


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
_

  • Maintain imagery colour and tonal
  • Increase efficiency between Retouching output and Retouch QA Teams
  • Increase quality and output volume of retouching output
  • Supply reports on progress, training, and requirements
  • Oversee and brief outsourced creative retouching workflow
  • Manage quality concerns/complaints, investigating and implementing solutions

_QUALIFICATIONS /


EXPERIENCE:
_

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with at least years of relevant work experience in a
retouching/photography production environment and at least 3 years people management experience in a
similar environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Bridge, Camera Formats, Colour Workflow
  • Apple Mac proficient
