We're looking for a team of fast learners and quick thinkers to jumpstart their career as Customer Service Advisors working on an international tech savvy campaign.

You'll need to be a people's person with a genuine passion and flare for communication and a hawk's eye for detail.

This campaign requires you to speak telephonically to customers so along with a sparkling voice, you'll also need to have empathy and be able to hear what is not being said when dealing with our customers.


We want problem solvers and solution finders who strive to give of their very best in everything they do and are always willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer's expectations.


What you'll be doing

  • Resolving customer queries within operational and client policies and procedures
  • Establishing the customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Assisting customers with promotional queries and seeing opportunities to upsell
  • Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customers' problems at the first point of contact within agreed service levels, targets and objectives
  • Being accountable for closing customer queries and ensuring resolution or feedback
  • Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolving customers' service or billing complaints
  • Promoting client products, services and solutions at all times

What you'll need

  • Matric
  • English Proficiency both written and spoken
  • Computer literacy ability to speedily navigate systems effectively
  • Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a call centre (Essential)
  • Availability to do night work and work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
  • Successful pass rate of all training modules during campaign training
  • Experience in a cellular phone environment (Advantageous)
  • Exposure to online payments / banking (Desirable)
  • Experience working for an international (offshore) organisation (Desirable)
