- Excellent communication (English & Afrikaans) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in reception or accounting clerk roles is a plus
