    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
    • Manage front desk operations with precision and poise
    • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and staff
    • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
    • Support administrative duties as needed, ensuring smooth office operations
    Qualifications:
    • Matric
    • Excellent communication (English & Afrikaans) and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous experience in reception or accounting clerk roles is a plus
