- Managing the entire debtors process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely collections.
- Regularly following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely receipts.
- Entering and allocating receipts accurately in the accounting system, ensuring financial records are up-to-date.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints related to billing and payments promptly.
- Assisting in the allocation of Supplier Journal Vouchers within the financial system.
- Processing supplier rebates and ensuring they are accurately reflected in the accounts.
- Managing the collection of payments from suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and providing necessary documentation for Credit Committee meetings.
- At least 3 years of debtors experience.
- At least 2 contactable references, clear criminal record, and ITC.
