    Description

    Job Outputs:

    1. Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reliable code using modern programming languages.
    2. Create and update documentation for systems built.
    3. Design and maintain database SQL code.
    4. Improve, configure, and troubleshoot existing systems.
    5. Provide technical support for web and desktop applications.
    6. Become proficient in creating software systems that apply mathematical models and scientific analysis to predict outcomes and measure design consequences.
    7. Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
    8. Build scalable and predictable web applications and maintain internal and external facing web applications.
    9. Analyze and resolve system bottlenecks and bugs.
    10. Aid in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

    Experience:

    • Four years of development experience with a major modern programming language
    • Familiarity with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
    • CSS, HTML, and JavaScript knowledge

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proficient in at least one modern programming language
    • Moderate understanding of either C# or Python
    • Strong skills in SQL development
    • Source control proficiency
    • Demonstrated experience as an application developer
    • Familiarity with common programming design/architectural patterns

    Advantageous Skills:

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
    • DevOps and automated deployment expertise
    • AWS services familiarity
    • Single Page Web Applications (e.g., VueJS) expertise
    • Robotic Process Automation software (e.g., Automation Anywhere) experience
