A leading South African employer is looking for a Project for leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints in their premises, a upmarket educational facility in Pretoria East

NOTE - Athough predominantly Monday to Friday, the role will require availability for functions and special events on relevant evenings and/or Saturdays

  • Administration
  • Client Liaison
  • Financial Management
  • Hygiene & Quality Standards
  • Management of Human Resources (Subordinates)
  • Menu Design
  • Purchasing & Stock Control
  • Self-Management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Senior Certificate
  • Degree in Hospitality
  • Computer Literate (Excel & Word)
  • Experience in managing a contract(s)
  • Financial Knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the catering industry
  • Driver's license
