A senior leader with overall accountability to ensure the business unit vision, goals and objectives are successfully delivered via innovative IT solutions which align to high-level strategies and priority customer and colleague outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Be the voice of the business when evaluating daytoday development decisions
Engage with business directly to lead adoption and success stories on leveraging the ServiceNow Product
Work closely with product manager to provide them with insight from the business and usecases to influence product roadmap
Escalation point for programs and projects critical milestones
Accountable for translating business unit strategy into defined work packages (i.e. programs of work) and identifying resource and funding
Act as liaison point for the business portfolio canvas, assessing highvalue opportunities that accommodate feedback and assessment of business value delivered.

High level understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Leadership skills
Positive relationship building
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strategic thinking and open to feedback and continuous

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Typically requires extensive related experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent degree; or extensive experience
Relevant certifications
Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial
Agile related certifications preferable

Required Experience:

Minimum of years of team management experience
Substantial working experience in a DevOps capacity, working within a fastpaced and fastevolving environment
Vast and successful experience leading a DevOps team
Demonstrated experience in enterprise network technologies
Significant experience in service management practices and processes within a continuous delivery environment
