    Description

    Job Title: Services Manager


    At Lesedi, we are seeking an experienced Services Manager to join our team.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Develop and grow Lesedi's Industrial Service Offering in the market by identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    2. Lead a team of service technicians and support staff to ensure effective service delivery and high-quality results.
    3. Collaborate with EPC project teams to ensure smooth transitions from project to service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    4. Manage service performance data to drive continuous improvement and implement and maintain service management systems and procedures.
    5. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings at current client sites and develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    Requirements:


    • Tertiary qualification in engineering, business management or related field preferred
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance

    Experience:


    • 5+ years of experience in service management within industrial, engineering or technical environments
    • Proven track record of leading service teams and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Strong understanding of maintenance operations, supply chain management and service delivery
