    Job Title:

    Our client in George is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office administrator to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with experience in Pastel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client relationships, including invoicing, credits, statements, and allocating payments.
    • Supervise suppliers, ordering stock and reconciling supplier accounts.
    • Provide internal sales support, developing quotes and maintaining strong knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Office.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
    • Take notes at meetings.
    • Manage the company diary.
    • Filing and organizing paperwork.
    • Provide general administrative support.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Manage spreadsheets and databases.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with Pastel.
    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
