    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Representative to join our team at Vharanani. In this role, you will be responsible for representing and selling our company's goods and/or services by visiting companies and obtaining orders.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Sales and Business Development
      • Promote sales by introducing products with the use of presentation/display techniques.
      • Achieve pre-set sales targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • Customer Relationship Management
      • Build and maintain great relationships with agencies and end customers.
      • Have regular check-ins and reviews with agencies and clients.
    • Territory Planning and Management
      • Manage a positive pipeline with 5 times cover with a minimum of 20% sales conversion.
      • Keep CRM up to date daily.
    • Advertising and Quotations
      • Provide good customer service to advertisers.
      • All types of Advertising, Quotations and Coordinate adverts from production to clients.

    Requirements:

    We are looking for individuals with strong new business (hunting) acquisition skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a strong understanding of newspaper and digital advertising.

    The ideal candidate should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, while providing excellent customer service.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

    In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
