We are a specialty confectionery and we have open positions for a cashier / customer service position in our Mams Mall Branch in Mamelodi East

  • Serve confectionery products to customers
  • Process sales transactions
  • Take event cake orders from customers
  • Prepare and pack confectionery products
  • Handle customer issues

Requirements:


  • 2 Years previous Customer Service or Cashier experience
  • Matric Qualification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self Motivated and Hand Working
  • Honest and Trustworthy
  • Adaptable and willing to help where the customer needs to be served
  • Accuracy in dealing with money
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mamelodi, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cashier or
Customer Service: 2 years (required)
