Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the client's requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client.
- Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to position the company as a leader in the market.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets for at least five years.
- A passion for sales and a customer-focused mindset.
- A results-driven, agile, and adaptable mindset is a prerequisite.
- Experience managing multiple sales projects simultaneously and delivering timely sales targets. Minimum target of 3 sales per month is required.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Highly structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work from the office - Montague Gardens, Cape Town. Business hours are 08:00 - 17:00.
Business language:
English and Afrikaans. Any other national language will be a bonus.
- South African Citizen.
- Drivers License with own reliable transport.
Package:
- Monthly salary of R R27000.
- Use of company laptop.
- Use of company cell phone.
- Company credit card will be provided for business expenses only.
- All travel done for work purposes to be recorded in a log book, to be submitted monthly and paid at SARS rates, with monthly salary.
- No pension or medical aid.
Commission structure:
- R4000 per Home Lift sale 50% paid on deposit received and 50% paid once lift has been installed;
- Additional incentives in place for closing deals within specified time frames;
- Incentives in place for exceeding quarterly and annual targets;
- Incentives in place for selling the most lifts per quarter;
- Discretionary prorata annual bonus payable if company has met its annual targets and sales person has reached their minimum targets for the year;
Commencement date:
ASAP.
