Our engineering client is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for their office in Cape Town.The salary will be market related and dependent on the applicant's qualifications and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the preparation of professional fee accounts i.e., a numerate person that can accurately reconcile figures.
- Procurement and management of project service providers.
- Typing and word processing (technical letters, reports, contract documents).
- Routine correspondence of both technical and nontechnical nature.
- Taking, typing and circulation of minutes of meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Efficient in the use of MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficient typist, intermediate to advanced use of MS Word (styles, formats, filename and item referencing, automatic Table of Contents, mail merging, reviewing, etc.).
- Proficient spreadsheet user, intermediate to advanced use of MS Excel (formulae, charts, filters, data management, etc.).
- Experience: 3+ years working experience.
- An independent problem solver that requires little supervision.
- Ability to work with multiple roleplayers within the firm.
- A solutionsbased attitude, strong work ethic.
- Must possess a high level of responsibility for their work and a team player attitude.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Own Vehicle
- Valid Driver's License
