    About the Role:

    This role reports directly to the company's Chief Operations Officer (COO).

    We seek an individual with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage workload and time effectively.

    A self-motivated and detail-oriented individual is required for this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Update customer cancellations for daily reporting.
    2. Process customer refunds.
    3. Generate reports on failed customer payments.
    4. Flag customer complaints from surveys.
    5. Prepare comparative measurement data and craft images using Canva for nutrition coaches.
    6. Produce a monthly report for leadership meetings.
    7. Compile a monthly cancellations report.

    The ideal candidate will be organised, able to juggle multiple tasks, and manage their time and workload efficiently.

    Excellent communication skills are essential, as frequent contact with clients and team members is required.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in Zoho CRM system, Google Sheets (Gsuite), and Slack.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
    • Experience in Canva is advantageous.

    Qualifications

    Desirable skills include:

    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Presentation building skills in PowerPoint.
    • Advanced problem-solving skills.
