KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Monthly Commission Submission
  • Inland Dashboard
  • Reach reports
  • Allocating leads
  • Convert PDF to excel
  • Bulk quotes (model)
  • Data clean up
  • BIE forms
  • Loading credit apps and rate sheets
  • Testing rates
  • ACI Registration, procurement & training assistance (to be handed over to Implementation manager once onboarded)
  • Marketing material
  • New staff onboarding packs
  • Sales toolbox management
  • Sales blitz and team building assistance
  • Support preparation of Client proposal & presentations
  • Adhoc reporting & presentation assistance for National sales Commercial executive

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
  • 23 Years Corporate administration experience
  • 1 year experience in corporate commercial team
  • Marketing exposure advantage
  • High energy
  • Power BI, excel and PowerPoint skills compulsory

  • Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in time
  • Work well independently
  • High attention to detail
