    Job Title: Sales Intern - Retention Advisor, Payroll

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to join our team in Gauteng, Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of contract renewals for the medium business segment.
    • Ensure customer retention and renewal revenue targets are met and exceeded on annual customers.
    • Collaborate with internal lines of business and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners via digital communication.

    Requirements:

    • Respond to business partner/customer queries within specified turnaround times via digital responses.
    • Deliver revenue performance and operational outcomes in line with budgetary expectations and performance KPIs.
    • Builde strong alliances with Business Partners to facilitate successful 90-day planning around linked renewals.
    • Establish strong collaboration with sales teams to identify opportunities for incremental revenue.
    • Align, influence, and manage across lines of business to drive business value and ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues.
    • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and Business Partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, including risk and opportunity analysis.

    Salary: R30,000 - R40,000 per month.
