Job Title

Recruitment Specialist: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Source potential candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and collaborate with Client Relationship Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop targeted recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify top talent.
• Evaluate CVs and applications to ensure suitability for further evaluation.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Maintain compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to optimize our strategies.
• Facilitate the introduction and implementation of high-talent culture initiatives.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• A completed Matric or Secondary Qualification is required; additional certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or similar role is highly valued.
• Sourcing candidates using online platforms such as P-Net, LinkedIn, and social media is essential.
• Familiarity with Targeted Selection/ Competency-based Interviewing System is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is crucial.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection is necessary.
