Description

Responsibilities:


  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for common issues encountered.
  • Identify trends and patterns between diverse support request descriptions and foresee future problems.
  • Serve as an escalation point for difficult problems and complex enquiries.
  • Take ownership of technical issues and working closely with other team members or service providers to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  • Manage code migrations across environments to ensure continued and synchronised functionality.
  • Participate in providing online or facetoface training to clients as and when required.
  • Manage the support ticketing system.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or similar.
  • Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes and monitor performance.
  • Exceptional ability to provide frontend support to colleagues and clients.
  • Relevant experience with MS SQL / SQL Express.
  • Experience with Moodle will be advantageous.

Pay:
Up to R360 000,00 per year
