We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all guest-facing and operational departments at our premier safari destination. The successful candidate will drive standards, support departmental heads, and cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with all aspects of Operational management.
- Oversight of guest-facing departments: Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guides, Maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to manage departmental budgets.
