Description
Ensuring that all human resource remain in compliance with the organisation's policies and procedures, maintaining and updating personnel records and monitoring the daily running of the department.
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HRrelated issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Do HR Inductions for new employees
Minimum qualifications and/or competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related)
- 2 years experience (Minimum)
- Organisational Skills
- Attention to detail
Job Types:
Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6-12 months Salary: From R5, R10,000 per month Education: Bachelors (preferred)
