    Your Role at Impact Tech Inc:

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and coordinate our brand partnerships in the USA and UK. This role will be supported by a Senior Campaign Manager and a team of Account Coordinators.

    The advertising network features sponsored product listings for high-profile clients on globally recognized content publishers.

    Key Objective: The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, offering strategic insights and ensuring that campaigns not only meet but exceed client expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    Advertiser Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with advertisers to develop an internal sales brief that outlines campaign goals and content requirements.
  • Strategize campaigns based on the sales brief, considering the advertiser's objectives, style preferences, and any specific guidelines.
  • Work with the team to design and procure campaign assets, including images, copy, and tracking links.
  • Team Management and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers who will gradually take ownership of campaign design and optimization for specific brands.
  • Daily Campaign Performance Management:
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics from the ad server, including:
  • Daily expenditure
  • Click-through rates and ad performance
  • Daily sales and return on ad spend
  • SKU-level data to assess product performance
  • Remaining budget
  • Identify campaigns needing creative refresh based on performance metrics.
  • Advertiser Campaign Monitoring:
  • Track publisher revenue across various brands and campaigns.
  • Monitor impressions, click-through rates, and revenue.
  • Identify and report any unusual drops in impressions or revenue that may indicate issues with brand fit, technical difficulties, or targeting problems.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with paid media platforms is essential, including meta, programmatic, and search.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, including technology, commercial models, and metrics.
  • Familiarity with tracking technology, attribution, and conversion performance.
  • Ability to manage a team of five or more individuals.
  • Over five years of experience in media management and campaign execution.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and retail brands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze platforms, technology, and analytics to develop solutions and optimizations.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
