    **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative - Nights

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Conduct research to provide accurate answers to customers' queries and resolve their issues efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
