Our client in the Boland region is looking for an Office Manager to join their Fruit Export Team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to switchboard and reception desk
  • General administration and filing
  • Make all company travel arrangements
  • Manage office equipment and maintenance of building
  • Invoicing and data capturing
  • Manage office stationery, marketing material and dry store goods
  • Scheduling of meetings in boardrooms
  • Manage security system
  • Coordinate office functions
  • Manage company pool vehicles

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Tertiary qualification
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years' relevant experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Knowledge of national and international travel arrangements
  • Computer literate
  • Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Organized and able to coordinate
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Efficient and disciplined
  • Able to follow clear instructions
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Wellpresented and professional, with a friendly personality and positive attitude

SALARY
R R14 000


STARTING DATE
As soon as possible


Salary:
R10, R14,000.00 per month
