    • Drive the adoption of the Castrol FastScan App by visiting automotive service workshops and promoting awareness among mechanics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Mechanic Engagement and App Registration

    • Visit designated workshops within assigned territories, register mechanics on the new Castrol App during visits, provide training on app usage, and demonstrate its benefits.
    • Gather feedback from mechanics on the app and related products.

    Data Collection and Reporting

    • Collect and input required data points via the internal app (e.g., customer details, mechanic information, app registration evidence, and feedback).
    • Submit daily updates on mechanic registrations and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Promotional Activities

    • Distribute promotional materials to mechanics and workshop personnel.
    • Represent the Castrol brand professionally and ensure a strong presence in the field.

    Logistics and Preparedness

    • Utilize company-provided uniforms and equipment to address app installation challenges.
    • Ensure timely and efficient visits in line with daily and monthly targets.

    Collaboration

    • Attend weekly meetings with the client and project team for progress reviews.
    • Participate in training sessions to understand app functionality and sales techniques.
