- Strong knowledge of SETA requirements, processes, and accreditation.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple subsidiaries.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
